With the shared vision, mission, and goals, an organization is able to avoid confusion and conflicts. It also fosters discipline in the employment and providing employees with a sense of direction. Through evaluation, goals could be readjust ed when it is determined that they are not in line with the mission and vision of an organization. The management may measure the performance of an organization from time to time in order to know whether the goals have been achieved, and make any necessary recommendations. With the shared vision, mission, and goals, many organizations ensure that decision-making process is inclusive in nature. The relevant internal and external stakeholders are included in the decision-making processes. Allowing all the relevant stakeholders to take part in the decision-making processes has been associated with the reduction of conflicts in an organization.
